Saturday

Well, I missed writing last night but I was super busy!
The kids went to visit family, so we used the time to shampoo the carpet. It hasn't been done since they moved in almost a year ago. Needless to say it needed it really badly.
Yes that is how I spend my Saturday nights. I'm such a party animal..lol

Today I'm moving kind of slow. Not sure if I want to go back to bed or head out to the studio and get some things done.
Unfortunately it is still NOT warm outside. In fact we had snow a couple days ago. I'm NOT liking this at all. It is Spring now, it's supposed to get warmer.

It's less than a week now and my cousin Dalynn will be here. She is staying for 5 days. It will be fun to see her again and to get caught up on all we missed in the last 8 years or so. We lost track of each other for a bit.
It's funny cause her and I are pretty much the black sheep of our families and we are so much like each other. We both think we were born into the wrong families and should have been in the same family. But maybe that would have been too hard for any parents to manage.. lol

Well, Not a whole lot really going on now. Keeping on my Etsy store and trying to get people to know I'm there so they can see my stuff for sale. Also trying to keep up with Facebook and Artzone and aol and Artwanted. It's a lot to do. Not to mention having to get things photographed to put IN my shop. You really wouldn't think taking some photo's and posting them would be that big of a deal but it really is. You have to try to get the piece situated just right, have the right light, upload it.. Check it in your photoshop, fix it if you have to, crop it.. Then You can finally go and post it.. Oh yea.. and you have to measure all your stuff.. doesn't matter if it is a piece of art you drew or a piece of jewelry you made. They want to know how big or small everything is.
Just a lot of details to all of it. I'm making it but it is all new to me and a big project when just starting.
So far I only have 16 (I think) things listed. Seems like not very much when it is put in a store setting onliine.
I am trying to be patient with myself but it is hard. I alway expect to do things the best and to have things go as planned in MY mind..lol

Well, think I better go do something.. I only have so much time to myself before the kids get back from visiting and I'm sure Saige will have a lot to tell me when he gets home :)
