Well, this is about the most mellow Monday I can remember in a long time. It's probably because from last Thursday thru yesterday it was all about Getting ready for the Family BBQ on Saturday. Thursday and Friday was all about shopping and cooking. Saturday was the BBQ and we all had a great time and it lasted til midnight because Joel and Christal had to go to the hospital. Joel had a Rash again and Christal was still having such a hard time breathing. She has been fighting this for about 3 weeks now. She went to the Dr. once and he gave her antibiotics and she didn't get better, so she went back. The second Dr. told her that Bronchitis and Asthma is the same thing (idiot) and that he didn't understand why the other dr. gave her antibiotics in the first place cause it was just her asthma, and sent her home. Well that was a couple days before she had to go back the night of the BBQ cause her breathing was so bad. :(
The Dr in the ER (emergency room) said the other Dr was nuts. The one that said bronchitis and Asthma were the same, and that she didn't need meds. This Dr. took a chest x-ray to make sure. She was pretty filled up. They gave her antibiotics and a breathing treatment and gave her a perscription for the breathing treatment machine to do at home and more antibiotics. I wish I could say she is doing better but so far she really isn't. I think they should have been put IN the hospital so they could give her oxygen and an IV.. Tomorrow morning she is going back to the dr. She actually went to work today and I can't believe it because they stayed all night here last night and she was coughing hard all night long ;(
I'm really worried about her..
Joel is fine. Think we have all figured out that any time he drinks hard liquor he breaks out in a rash.. So guess he will have to leave that stuff alone and only drink beer.

On top of everything else.. Nicole was still sick at the BBQ too.. but like always with Nicole, she pushed herself and did extra and brought extra nice stuff like Juice she made herself with fresh Strawberries and other stuff and everyone loved it. She made homemade dip, which everyone loved too.. and I don't know what else she did, cause she is crazy like that..lol..
But, even though she was feeling bad, she waited til Joel and Christal got home from the hospital to see if she wanted her to take Saige for the night so Christal could get some rest. Christal said the next day she didn't mind but she told Nicole she wanted to say bye to him before he left. So I guess Nicole thought she didn't want him to go cause he didn't.. Idk..

So, I guess what i am saying in so many words.. is that I think my Kids are AMAZING!!! Because Not only did Joel come over really early Saturday to help Tim set everything up, although my kids were very sick, they still brought stuff to the BBQ and stayed all day and didn't complain at all.. I am the luckiest Parent a live I think because they are all in my life and I get to see and talk with them all the time. :)

It makes me know that our Grandkids will grow up to be amazing people too because they are being raised by such Great people. :) 

I really don't have a lot to say other then it was a really crazy wild GREAT Weekend!!! :)
And in case I didn't let it known, I think my Husband is a pretty amazing person too. He always helps me with anything I need help with and he never complains about it either.. :)
